Meet The Team!
Meet Tracy – Owner & Master Stylist
Tracy’s passion for the beauty industry began at a young age and has only grown stronger throughout her career. Inspired by her grandmother, who owned a salon, Tracy always felt called to the world of beauty. In a meaningful twist of fate, she was even born on her grandmother’s birthday—making her path feel all the more destined.
A graduate of Paul Mitchell The School, Tracy brings over 30 years of experience behind the chair. Her commitment to education and professional growth has led her to serve as an educator at both the Aveda Institute Jacksonville and Paul Mitchell The School Jacksonville, where she has had the opportunity to mentor and inspire future beauty professionals.
Tracy is certified and highly skilled in precision haircuts, custom hair color, hair extensions, and keratin smoothing treatments. Known for her attention to detail and her ability to bring out each guest’s natural beauty, Tracy truly loves making people feel beautiful and confident.
When she’s not at the salon, Tracy enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and making memories with her husband, daughter, and their three beloved fur babies.
Magnolias Hair Studio is the realization of Tracy’s lifelong dream—a welcoming space built on passion, experience, education, and a commitment to helping every guest look and feel their very best.
Fun Fact: Long before beauty school, Tracy gave her very first haircut at the age of 5—to her grandfather! Thankfully, he was a good sport, and that early interest in hair blossomed into a lifelong career in the beauty industry.
Helen - Booth Renter/Stylist
Helen is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in vivid color transformations and blonding services. With experience working with all hair types and textures, she is passionate about creating customized color that enhances each client’s natural beauty and individual style.
Whether you’re looking for a subtle refresh or a bold, vibrant transformation, Helen is dedicated to providing a welcoming and personalized experience where every client feels comfortable, confident, and excited about their hair.
Her goal is to ensure each guest leaves her chair with healthy, beautiful hair, stunning color, and the confidence to express themselves authentically.
Coming Soon - Sam - Booth Renter/Stylist
Sam will be a licensed cosmetologist at the end of July. With a lifelong passion for hair and beauty, Sam is dedicated to helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
She believes every appointment should be a positive experience, whether you’re looking for a simple refresh or a complete transformation.
As she begins her journey behind the chair, Sam is committed to continued growth, education, and building meaningful relationships with her guests. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling beautiful, confident, and excited about their hair.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
No show appointments will be charged 50% of the total price of the service.
Please make sure you are confirming within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, otherwise we will assume you are not showing up and we will give your appointment to someone else.
